Wizkid is about to release his highly anticipated mixtape, “Sounds from the Other Side” and from what we can already tell, it’s going to be a modern African record with some star-studded features.We’ve already heard songs with Drake and Chris Brown, while seeing Wizkid show off his undeniable swag in a couple of dope music videos that have had the continent dancing.
Although Wizkid’s promise of 4 albums in 2017 is looking more and more unlikely by the month, we are looking to be happily compensated by this mixtape; his first project since 2015.
To raise the anticipation for “Sounds from the Other Side,” which drops on the 14th of July, Wizkid has just released the cover art for his record. It’s modern, it’s clean and it’s every bit as Star-powered as we’d expect from the singer.
